レポートは決済後に自動生成されるデジタル商品のため、生成・送付後の返金は原則として承っておりません。ただし、次の場合は全額返金します。
返金のご依頼は、購入から 14 日以内に、注文番号（case ID）を添えて上記連絡先までご連絡ください。返金は決済に使用されたクレジットカードへ行います。
Reports are generated automatically after payment, so refunds after generation and delivery are generally not available. A full refund is issued in the following cases:
Request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us with your case ID. Refunds go to the card used for payment.
当社は、ご入力いただいたウォレットアドレス、被害の概要、メールアドレス、および決済情報（決済代行事業者が処理し、当社はカード番号を保持しません）を、レポートの生成・納品・お問い合わせ対応・法令上の義務の履行の目的にのみ利用します。法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供しません。解析には公開ブロックチェーンデータの提供事業者（Etherscan など）の API を利用しますが、送信するのはウォレットアドレスのみで、お客様の個人情報は送信しません。データの開示・訂正・削除のご請求は上記連絡先までお願いします。
We use the wallet addresses, incident summary, e-mail address and payment information you provide (payment data is processed by our payment provider; we never store card numbers) solely to generate and deliver the report, respond to enquiries and meet legal obligations. We do not share it with third parties except where required by law. Analysis uses public blockchain data providers such as Etherscan; only wallet addresses are sent to them, never your personal information. Contact us to access, correct or delete your data.
